If you like beaches and green, Deauville can be a nice base for your normandy trip. Visit in the day and come back home in the late afternoon, just in time to see the sunset on the beach. Discover Le Havre, Honfleur, Cabourg, Pont-Leveque, Lisieux, Ouistreham at less than 20 miles away. Pushing ahead, you'll get to Caen, Bayeux and all the little villages of the bocage. Experience buying at the farm and taste at home ! If you prefer walks or bikes, there are a lot of hiking and biking roads. If you'd like to altern golf, thalasso, visits and casino, why not ?
